Design Process

Every custom commission begins with a consultation and design exploration, which then takes shape as a sketch drawing. Once design is reviewed and approved, a deposit will be collected and production will begin. We include up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the design feels just right.

Materials Offered

We work in 10k, 14k, and 18k gold (yellow and white), as well as sterling silver. If you have another metal in mind, we’re always open to discussion. For stones, we source both lab-grown and natural diamonds, and can also work with client-supplied gemstones.

Please note that all outside stones must be pre-approved, as we cannot assume liability for any damage during setting.
Pricing

Custom commissions begin at $500. Each project is quoted individually, with an estimate provided prior to production. A 50% deposit is required to begin the process, with the balance due upon completion.
Timeline

Please allow 4–8 weeks for custom orders, depending on the complexity of the design and current queue. Rush orders may be possible on a case-by-case basis, subject to an additional fee.
